Is there parking? Yes. We have free parking with space for 1 vehicle per suite

Can we book a one-night stay? Sorry but we have a two-night minimum policy during our peak season and encourage our guests to consider staying longer, simply to enjoy all the area has to offer

Is The Lake House scent free? We appreciate people may be sensitive or allergic to perfumes. To be respectful of other guests, we ask guests to refrain from using scented or perfumed products during their stay

How far is The Lake House from the entrance to Wells Gray Park? The Lake House is a quick 10-minute drive from the park gate

How far is The Lake House from restaurants and shopping? The Lake House is a quick 3-minute drive to Clearwater's restaurants and main shopping area

Do you allow pets? Pets are not allowed. There is a wonderful boarding facility nearby. We would be happy to provide you with their contact information

Do you allow smoking on the property? All our suites are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only

Are there mosquitos at The Lakehouse? The Lake House has very few mosquitos however you may experience mosquitos in the park. If you use repellant please do not apply it inside your suite

Is there fishing in Dutch Lake? Yes. Dutch Lake has both Kokanee and Rainbow trout. To fish in BC you are required to have a valid BC fishing license

Are there actually painted turtles at Dutch Lake? Yes, And they are easy to spot from our wharf and by canoe along the shoreline

Is there free wi-fi? Yes, The Lake House has free, high-speed internet

Is there cell phone service? Yes. Cell services cover the Clearwater area and into Wells Gray Park as far as Spahat Falls
